As one of the main antagonists in the 2nd main story chapter of Wuthering Waves, Phrolova has been teased as a playable character for Wuthering Waves and has appeared in the story since the start of the game alongside Scar. She will be a Havoc Element character that wields a Rectifier as her weapon of choice.

Phrolova Skills Kit Leaks & Details

Normal Attack

When using her normal attacks and charge attacks, Phrolova will quickly approach the enemies and deal Havoc damage to them in quick succession, up to 5 times, and fill her special gauge.

Phrolova’s Forte Gauge is quite unique in that it is a special gauge that relies on Echo usage and can be used in order to summon her own special Echos in order to deal damage to enemies.

  • Phrolova’s special gauge will have a total of 6 charges, with each charge spent allowing her to summon her special Echo to attack the enemy together with her, dealing Havoc damage as coordinated attacks to the enemies.
  • When using up the charges, players can then use her Skill in order to replenish her Special Charges.

Resonance Liberation

Upon using her Ultimate Skill (Resonance Liberation), Phrolova will immediately launch an attack alongside her Special Echo, dealing massive amounts of Havoc damage to enemies and fully replenishing her 6 Echo Attack Charges, allowing her to once again attack together with her special Echo.

Phrolova Reveals Hidden Form

Breaking News! Phrolova Reveals Hidden Form! A Brand New Dark Version of the Higanbana! However, the recent gameplay Leaked of Phrolova did not showcase this dark version, so it remains unclear whether this design will be added to the actual game. Let’s keep an eye on this for now!

Outro Skill

For her Outro skill, Phrolova will summon her Special Echo to attack the enemy, dealing AoE Havoc damage and boost Coordinated Attack Damage for the teammate that takes that field.

Overall, Phrolova’s skill kit revolves mainly around her ability to control her special Echo to deal damage to enemies, with her entire skill kit enhancing the damage dealt by Echoes and Coordinated attacks, making her a very unique character that might want to run with other characters that want to use Echo Skills as much as possible in order to maximize her full damage potential.

In addition, thanks to her Havoc element and the ability to deal Coordinated attacks as well as boosting Coordinated Attacks damage, she will be a very strong unit to use with Coordinated Attack units in the game.

Phrolova Potential Teammates & Team Synergy

As mentioned, as a Havoc character that wields a Rectifier as her main weapon, Phrolova skill kit and abilities allow her to fit either the Sub DPS or Main DPS position in a Havoc damage centric team, making her a very center piece that players can build a team around in order to maximize her damage potential and abilities in order to clear the majority of the game’s contents.

Thanks to her skill kit that focuses on dealing massive AoE Havoc damage to enemies and a heavy emphasis on Echo usage too boost her own and the team’s damage as well as her Coordinated Attack damage boosting synergy, some of the teammates players can consider running alongside Phrolova in a team are:

Cantarella

Cantarella is perhaps the most synergistic character that can go alongside Phrolova as she is the best Havoc healer that not only boost the team’s Havoc damage output, initiate strong coordinated attacks with teammate’s attacks, but also, crucially, boost the team’s Echo damage, which the majority of Phrolova damage output comes from, allowing Phrolova to maximize her damage output while having a strong damage and sustain supporter.

Roccia

Roccia is another great teammate that can go well with Phrolova as her skill kit main gimmick is massively boost the overall damage output of any Havoc Main DPS characters in addition to her abilities allowing her to group up enemies easily so that Phrolova can deal big damage to enemies as quickly as possible. In addition, Roccia can also use various different Echoes with supporting capabilities, boosting the damage potential of Phrolova while helping to supplement the team’s damage dealt.

Camellya

Camellya can run as the main Havoc Damage DPS alongside Phrolova as a Sub Dps option in order to quickly defeat enemies on the field thanks to her ability to quick swap and boost the Havoc damage of allies when she is on and off the field. In addition, Camellya being a strong Havoc damage dealer herself helps the team to quickly deal with strong threats when players switch between Camellya and Phrolova as the DPS option on the field.

What Should You Prepare for Phrolova

Pre-Farm Materials & Echo Sets

Phrolova will be released in quite a decent amount of time, players will have the chance to pre-farm a lot of her materials and echo sets in order to have the best possible build for her prepared once her banner drops.

As of the writing of this article, little is known regarding Phrolova’s ascension materials or her skill boss materials. However, due to her using a Rectifier as her main weapon, players can start pre-farming Rectifier characters’ skill upgrading materials in order to be able to level up her skills immediately upon her release.

Additionally, players can also pre-farm several sets of Echoes for Phrolova in order to be able to apply the set effects and boost her stats immediately upon her release. As a Havoc Resonator that focuses on spamming Echoes as her main damage source, players should focus on farming for Echoes that boost Havoc Damage% and Critical Stats to boost her overall damage output.
