Phrolova Basic Information

As one of the main antagonists in the 2nd main story chapter of Wuthering Waves, Phrolova has been teased as a playable character for Wuthering Waves and has appeared in the story since the start of the game alongside Scar. She will be a Havoc Element character that wields a Rectifier as her weapon of choice.
Phrolova can deal big Havoc damage to enemies in a wide area in quick succession and favors a Havoc based team to boost her overall damage output. From the initial leaks of her skill kit, Phrolova will fit the role of either a Sub DPS or a Main DPS in a Havoc Damage centric team.
Phrolova Release Date
As one of the very important characters in the main story of Wuthering Waves, Phrolova has been leaked to be having her release in the game’s Version update 2.5, which will launch during The End Of July / The Start Of August, 2025.
Little to currently known about her release schedule or what characters she will be running her banner alongside with, however, players can expect Phrolova’s Banner to be The First Banner during version 2.5 update for Wuthering Waves.
Phrolova Skills Kit Leaks & Details
Normal Attack
When using her normal attacks and charge attacks, Phrolova will quickly approach the enemies and deal Havoc damage to them in quick succession, up to 5 times, and fill her special gauge.
Phrolova’s Forte Gauge is quite unique in that it is a special gauge that relies on Echo usage and can be used in order to summon her own special Echos in order to deal damage to enemies.
- Phrolova’s special gauge will have a total of 6 charges, with each charge spent allowing her to summon her special Echo to attack the enemy together with her, dealing Havoc damage as coordinated attacks to the enemies.
- When using up the charges, players can then use her Skill in order to replenish her Special Charges.
Resonance Liberation
Upon using her Ultimate Skill (Resonance Liberation), Phrolova will immediately launch an attack alongside her Special Echo, dealing massive amounts of Havoc damage to enemies and fully replenishing her 6 Echo Attack Charges, allowing her to once again attack together with her special Echo.
